EGA selects new Director of Organisation Effectiveness

EGA has hired a new Director of Organisation Effectiveness.

Jacqui Roberts joins from BP where she was the VP of HR Organisation Effectiveness. Before that, she was the VP of HR, the CoS to Group HRD and HR of Strategy and Planning.

Roberts received a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham in 1983, and a PhD in Genetics from the University of Edinburgh in 1987.

She also has an NTL certificate in Organisation Development, which she obtained in 2014.
