Capita hires new Director of Senior Talent and Director of Talent Acquisition

Capita has appointed both a new Director of Senior Talent and a Director of Talent Acquisition.

Ben Jackson is the recipient of the Director of Talent Acquisition role. He previously worked at TalentPunk, the management consultancy firm, as the Founder and Managing Director.

Now Jackson has committed himself to making the Talent Acquisition and Management industry become more effective through research, analysis and market intelligence.

Aaron Webster has been selected for the role of the Senior Talent Director. He has worked at Capita since December 2012.
