BT Global Services appoint new Chief HR Officer

BT Global Services have hired a new Chief HR Officer.

Deborah Lee made the move from Chief Learning Officer for BT, a role she held for almost two years, to assume the position as Chief HR Officer.

Having started her career at BT in 1997 as a HR Generalist, Lee quickly progressed to Head of Global HR Enablement followed by HR Director of Retail in 2010. Lee was educated at the prestigious Imperial College London where she studied Chemistry with Management, before attaining a Masters in European HR Leadership from SDA Bocconi.
