Whole Foods CEOs forced to apologise to overcharged customers

Health food chain Whole Foods has been forced to publically apologise after an investigation has found that the company has been overcharging customers since 2010.

CEOs John Mackey and Walter Robb have released a video in which they admit there are “certain pricing issues in our New York City stores."  At first, Whole Foods strenuously denied the allegation, however, after a government launched enquiry uncovered pricing discrepancies, the top executives had no option but to confess.

"Straight up, we made some mistakes," said Robb. "We want to own that and tell you what we're doing about it."
