Workforce Director hired at Liaison

Liaison has appointed a Workforce Director whose previous HR experience has been with the NHS.

Mark Sowden will be responsible for the strategic management and development of the Workforce Division. In addition to this, he will lead the HR management.

Sowden worked firstly as Head of HR Shared Services at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, and, secondly, Deputy Director of Workforce.
