Serco appoints new Managing Director of Home Affairs

Serco Group, the British outsourcing company, has appointed a new Managing Director of Home Affairs.

Julia Rogers made the move from her role in Defence Business Services for Serco, before which she acted as Business Service Director for multinational infrastructure group Balfour Beatty.

During Rogers time at Balfour Beatty she was involved in the transformation of the Director Platform for Growth, as well as being responsible for the delivery of the groups in the programme.
