New Head of Reward & Retention EMEA at InterCall

InterCall has appointed a Head of Reward & Retention EMEA.

Anna Parlour has been at the telecommunications company since 2005, where she started as a HR Administrator. After 18 months she was promoted to Senior HR Advisor, and, just over two years later, she was promoted again to HR Manager.

In October 2012 she became HR Director EMEA, before taking up her current position.
