UK's top employers for working families announced

The top employers for the Working Families Special Awards have been unveiled, with The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) taking home 'The Centrica best for flexible working' award, and Deloitte bagging 'The DTCC innovation' award.

Now in their sixth year, the nationwide awards serve to promote businesses who offer exceptional working benefits for families or guardians in all sectors. Sarah Jackson, Chief Executive of Working Families, explains the length these companies have gone to in order to support their workers.

She explains: “Last year has seen many changes in the world of flexible and family friendly working - the Right to Request flexible working for all and Shared Parental Leave are now firmly in place.”
