Social media is a great way to spread your employer brand and connect with your workers. But your employees’ bad behaviour online also has the potential to cause tricky situations from an HR perspective.

Jodie Sinclair, Partner in Employment Law at Bevan Brittan LLP, says that having a clear social media policy in place can save you a lot of headaches.
