Chipotle offer part-time employees paid sick leave, vacations and tuition fees

The battle for the best employee benefits package is on, and it seems Chipotle Mexican Grill is the latest company to throw their hat into the ring.

The American restaurant chain has recently announced that they plan to offer paid sick leave, full holidays and even reimbursement for tuition to both full time and hourly workers, commencing on July 1^st.
