Virgin's new dads to get whole year of paid paternity

Virgin has revealed plans to offer new fathers up to a year of paternity leave on full pay.

The amount paid will be dependent on length of service with those with under two years’ service receiving 25% rising to 100% for those who have been at the company four years.
