Lloyds Banking Group has launched a nationwide Returners programme, supporting senior women and men who have been out of the workplace for more than two years to return to employment through a dedicated scheme.
The Returners programme sees ten women and five men start today across client facing, change management and delivery roles. The scheme is being launched across the country, with a third of the roles being offered outside of London, in Edinburgh, Halifax and Manchester.
Fiona Cannon OBE, Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Lloyds Banking Group, said: “We are delighted to launch our Returners programme, which reaches beyond just London to give senior people a structured route back into the workplace.
“We believe that diversity and inclusion brings about richness of thought and better business decisions, and it is important that we reflect the whole of the country as an organisation.
