Manufacturing group Low & Bonar have appointed a new Group HR Director.
Francis Bird was previously at Unilever where he was Vice President HR, R&D, responsible for 6,000 employers.
He has held roles with Foster Wheeler energy, where he was HR Director, and also Royal Mail and Motorola.
