All you need is... a Beatles inspired office

BBDO Guerrero, a leading Philippine creative agency, has unveiled a Beatles inspired office at their headquarters in Legaspi Village, Makati.

The office revamp is part of an effort to boost employee satisfaction, as well as “spark creativity and interest” while working. The workplace has inspirational quotes from well-known Beatles tracks adorning the walls behind different departments, with ‘You never give me your money. You only give me your funny paper’ above Finance and ‘It’s been a hard day’s night, and I’ve been working like a dog’ in the design studio.

Tony Harrirs, Chief Executive of BBDO Guerrero, hopes that the new décor will go a long way in motivating his staff, as well as recruiting some new members. He explains: “I want an unfair share of the very best talent and if I have an office that looks like its creative, people who do the best creative work will come and join us.”

“You can’t help but walk in to our upstairs area, see a sign that says ‘There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done’ and smile. The Beatles were about happiness- if you feel happy you want to do better work. That’s what we have achieved here.”
