Elon Musk is poaching talent from everywhere, even Ice Cream parlours

Elon Musk, the globally renowned entrepreneur, is discovered to have been actively looking for “the best yoghurt shop employee” to work in a dessert stand on the base campus of SpaceX.

Musk is reported to be looking for “the best of the best” in all career fields, industries and roles to work for him at SpaceX, the American aerospace manufacturer and space transport services company.

The revelation comes from Dolly Singh, former Head of Talent Acquisition for Musk’s intergalactic travel industry, who worked with the CEO to spearhead his very exclusive recruitment drive.

Speaking to Business Insider he said: “Elon isolated to say, 'Find me the single best person on the freaking planet, then convince me why out of how many billion people on the planet that this is that guy.”
