The company recently retained Great Place To Work’s Best Workplace award for a third year, with corporate-social responsibility playing a key part in staff engagement. Staff will now have the chance to play beekeeper to the company’s latest assets.
As a member of Capital One’s green team, Stephen Goad says the organisation has challenged itself to play an active role in ensuring the survival of the honey bee.
