Group Head of Reward and Performance at Equiniti

Technology, finance and administrative specialist Equiniti has recently announced the appointment of a new Group Head of Reward and Performance.

Josephina Smith made the move from Xchanging where she was Head of Global Reward, responsible for formulating, promoting and embedding global strategy.

Prior to Equiniti Smith held the title of Head of Reward at RICS, Reward Lead EMEA at Epson Europe B.V. and Senior Reward Consultant at Dominion Consulting.
