Britain's coolest office? Cinema, beach and free breakfasts

With pool tables, roof top gardens and free breakfasts, Rentalcars.com may have secured the title of Britain’s coolest office.

The transportation firm has spent a staggering £2.7 million on renovating a 38,000 square foot office into an employee playground, complete with games rooms, flat screen TV’s and an in house Starbucks coffee bar.

Located near Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester’s bustling city centre, the office boasts themed floors, with decor ranging from classic Hollywood movies, to city skylines, to vintage car shows in an effort to keep employees inspired and maintain their morale.

Ian Brown, CEO of Rentalcars.com, claims the refurbishment is part of the company’s 10^th year anniversary celebrations. He explains: “At Rentalcars.com we're proud to be 'anything but ordinary' and we wanted a new office space that would really reflect this ethos and the diversity of our team. That's why we invested so much time and money in creating an office space like no other in Manchester.”
