Leon CEO leads by example working in kitchen every Monday

John Vincent, CEO of chain restaurants Leon, can be found making sandwiches in the kitchen of his Victoria restaurant every Monday morning.

Citing it as “the most important thing he does all week”, the co-founder of the healthy fast food chain, who began the experiment as part of a system shake down in January, claims that being proactive is the key to business success.
