
The most common paths to becoming a FTSE 100 CEO have been revealed.
The research from Robert Half found that more than half have a background in finance (52%), 61% were British and nearly a third (32%) were educated to an MBA or PHD level).
While most will be unsurprised that the vast majority of FTSE 100 CEOs are still male (95%), other findings may be less expected.
