Starbucks Manager fired for screaming at customer

A Starbucks manager in Queens, New York, has been fired after yelling at a customer over the alleged theft of an edible straw worth 99 cents.

Footage shows the employee, identified only as Melissa, shouting at customer Ruby Chen whilst she opens her Starbucks Reward App in order to pay for her Frappuccino.  Melissa then snatches back her straw and continually yells at her to get out, screaming: “You're not going to be served here. Bye! Bye! Bye!”

The scene was captured by a fellow customer who then sent the footage on to Chen, before uploading it to the Starbucks Facebook page.
