H&M uses employees in a new campaign to recruit new candidates

H&M has called upon successful employees for a new video campaign to attract fashionistas to join the company as it expands internationally.

The Swedish fashion retailer has planned to open 400 new stores worldwide during 2015, with most of those stores opening in China and the US.

And so, H&M has now launched the recruitment campaign 'Place of Possible' to attract new fashion-interested employees to its American stores.

The campaign has 50 of the fashion retailer’s employees tell their personal success-stories within H&M in online videos.
