Rich interns are 'entitled and bad mannered', claims CEO

 

Interns from rich backgrounds are bad mannered and have a strong sense of entitlement.

That’s according to Richard Kirshenbaum, CEO of New York advertising agency NSG/SWAT. The claims come in an extract from his new book, Isn’t that rich? Life among the 1%, which is released next month.

Kirshenbaum reveals anecdotes of the expectations and annoyances expressed to him by the children of friends and acquaintances, when they are looking for internships.
