Tesco lose two more NEDs following accounting scandal

Tesco has confirmed  that two more Non-Executive Directors will be departing following the accounting scandal that rocked the supermarket giant last year.

The outgoing NEDs are Ken Hanna who headed up the retailer’s audit committee and Stuart Chambers, who has been on the board since 2010.

Former BP Finance Director, Byron Grote, will fill the void left by Hanna.
