Worst sectors for heavy drinking and drug use revealed

The worst sectors for heavy drinking and drug use have been revealed.

Mining (17.5%), Construction (16.5%) and Accommodation & Food Service (11.8%) had the highest rates of staff indulging in regular heavy alcohol use, within the previous month.

Other badly affected areas included Arts, Entertainment & Recreation (11.8%), Utilities (10.3%), Wholesale Trade (10.2%), Management (9.9%), Manufacturing (9.7%), Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing & Hunting (9.4%) and Retail Trade (nine per cent).
