Burberry and GlaxoSmithKline become Living Wage employers

Burberry and GlaxoSmithKline have joined the Living Wage Foundation as accredited employers.

The fashion firm and drugs giant are the latest UK companies to become part of the Living Wage Foundation in their commitment to end in-work poverty. They join the collection of 1,400 businesses already accredited to the campaign, including HSBC and J.P.Morgan.

The two companies will pay the living wage of £7.85 an hour, or £9.15 in London, to all directly employed, sub-contracted and third party employees across their UK sites.
