Morrisons has announced a new staff bonus scheme based on customer satisfaction levels.
In his efforts to improve customer service, new boss David Potts revealed his bonus scheme strategy, which will commence from March next year.
The scheme aims to reward store staff based on the overall performance for each store, and logistics site staff on the number of deliveries that reach stores on time. The company’s food manufacturing site staff will also be part of the bonus scheme with rewards based on customer feedback on product quality levels.
