Painting a target: Commissioning a company culture wall mural

It can often be a struggle to bring your company culture to life. But one IT company has found a unique way to bring their expectations and goals to life by commissioning a wall mural.

During an office redesign IT security company Turnkey Consulting paid artist Vic Lee to incorporate company history, staff stories and social anecdotes into their office.

Richard Hunt, Founder and Managing Director at Turnkey explains:  “Our day-to-day activities revolve round handling business-critical issues for clients, many of whom are global corporates.  We think it’s important to balance this by retaining a light-hearted element to working life when possible – it is this glue that helps to bind the team together.
