
While you might think it’s not too difficult getting a job at McDonald’s, new information about the burger giant’s hiring process may make you think again.
It has been revealed that the Australian division of the world’s largest fast food outlet requires potential workers to pass a 23-question multiple choice quiz online before submitting an application to work at a store.
Some of the questions don’t veer too far from what you might expect, ‘Why do you want to work here?’, but others attempt to delve in to the depths of the candidate’s personality. ‘You are approached by a group of young kids while you are relaxing in the park. They want you to join them in a game of soccer. What are you likely to do?’ one question reads, with answer options ranging from ‘join in for a couple of minutes just to make them happy' and ‘join in with them as you really enjoy playing with kids’.
