LinkedIn beats Google and Facebook to top junior tech staff salary table

LinkedIn has topped the table for junior staff starting salaries in the tech sector, beating the likes of Google, Facebook and Microsoft.

The professional networking site is paying junior staff an average of £60,000 a year, according to average salary site Emolument.com.

The website conducted the research with 46,000 participants, it was then independently verified. Results showed that software and internet companies pay significantly better than hardware firms.
