Three quarters of staff not taking lunch breaks

77% of workers don’t take their full allotted lunch break, a recent survey claims.

UK-based Air Conditioning installation and servicing company, AirConUK.co.uk conducted the survey amongst 1350 workers in office and industrial environments, finding that only 23% actually took their full lunch break.

Research has found that workers have a higher rate of productivity after taking a break and those who don’t take the time have lower concentration and work slower in the afternoons.
