
Staff at House of Fraser have accused a store manager of using CCTV to spy on female staff accused of slacking off when few customers were around.
The women, who work in the store’s beauty department, say that they have been at odds with a boss who confronted them with “proof” of their lack of work, images downloaded from CCTV.
Speaking to The Sunday People one said: “The CCTV cameras are meant to be used for security, not for spying on staff.
