Google hire 'most powerful woman on Wall Street' as CFO

As Google’s CFO leaves in an attempt to make amends for a poor work-life balance, his replacement has been described as a ‘tireless worker’.

Former Morgan Stanley CFO Ruth Porat was yesterday revealed by the tech giant as Patrick Pichette’s replacement.

Porat said of her appointment: “I’m delighted to be returning to my California roots and joining Google.
