Man with Down's Syndrome has three job offers after viral Twitter appeal

A man with Down’s syndrome who was finding it difficult to gain employment has received three job offers after a Twitter campaign by his stepmother went viral.

Using the hashtag #givebenajob, Ben Small’s stepmum, Fiona Hodge was able to reach out to thousands of Twitter users.

Small, from Kensington, Liverpool, was struggling to find a job, despite having an NVQ in catering and having work experience with well-known companies.
