Real Estate Company Countryside have appointed a new Head of Learning & Development.

Marion Whitty joins the company from fashion retailer Karen Millen where she was Global Learning & Development Manager.

She has previously held roles with Suffolk Constabulary, Percepta and Royal London Insurance
