
The average mum works 119 hours per week and would earn more than the Prime Minister if they were to get paid for what they do, according to research.
A study has revealed that to cover all the tasks and jobs that make up the role of ‘mum’ a salary of £172,000 would be required.
The research was carried out by Interflora and reveals that on average mums start their day at 7am and finish at 11pm - with few breaks between.
