
The BBC should suspend Jeremy Clarkson for as short a time as possible and decide whether there is sufficient evidence to bring disciplinary proceedings against him.
That’s according to Glenn Hayes, an employment law Partner at national law firm Irwin Mitchell.
Top Gear star Clarkson was suspended by the BBC yesterday after involvement in a “fracas” in which he allegedly punched a producer.
