John Lewis to cut staff bonuses

The John Lewis Partnership is expected to cut its staff bonuses by almost a third.

Last year, the partnerships 90,000 employees received a 15% bonus - a percentage of their individual salary added to their final pay.

The bonuses have been cut down from 17% in 2012, and this year they are expected to fall to between 11% and 13%.
