Radio boss gives out condoms to tackle staff pregnancies

A top radio executive has revealed that she provides staff with condoms to avoid the issue of staff pregnancies and maternity leave problems.

Australia's Southern Cross Austereo's senior executive, Linda Wayman reportedly also said that she does not agree with the push to encourage women to return to work part time after maternity leave and called the idea an 'idealistic and anti-commerical stance'.

Wayman was speaking at a Mumbrella Perth conference and said: “We do have a big jar of condoms at work. I'm not lying, I'm not exaggerating.
