Determined bicycle commuters dig 40ft snow tunnel to reach work

 

Delayed trains, traffic at a standstill, and hefty parking charges; commuting troubles are just one of those things we can’t avoid.

Whilst a 15-foot “mountain of snow” blocking the route to work may be welcomed by some, committed Boston man, Ari Goldberger, saw his commuting obstacle as an opportunity to build a 40-foot snow tunnel.

The 29-year-old guitar technician was faced with a "15-foot mountain of snow" blocking a cycle route to work, which formed “an integral part of the best bike route between Malden and Boston.”
