JP Morgan extends benefits to cover employees' parents

JP Morgan has added a new perk to its flexible benefits scheme - extending cover to employees’ parents.

It allows staff, at the same rate as for themselves, to extend cover to their parents and parents in law, should they be in an unforeseen accident, need an operation or if an illness occurs.

The Family Homecare scheme, provided by Allianz Global Assistance, offers personal assistance with help getting dressed, assistance getting in and out of bed and travel home from hospital.
