Surveillance of employees just got even easier with software to predict whether employees might steal from the company or even have an office affair.
Technology firms in Japan are developing mass surveillance apps which will enable bosses to spy on employees and predict how trustworthy and loyal to the company they are.
The artificial intelligence (AI) software can analyse the odds of an employee suffering a nervous breakdown, the selling or leaking of company secrets, theft or predict any type of 'inappropriate behaviour'.
