Group Reward Director appointed at Dixons Carphone

Dixons Carphone has hired a new Group Reward Director.

Jenny Davidson who has previously worked for Talk Talk, Reward Innovation and CSC will be heading up the Reward function across the newly merged Dixons Carphone Group.

She will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of all pay and benefits and reward integration projects and supporting the Remuneration Committee of the Board.
