Work stress blamed for smoking, drinking and over-eating

Millions of workers have revealed that work is leaving them tired, stressed and fat, according to a survey conducted by the British Heart Foundation.

Many believe that their stress caused by work is to blame for a poor diet, prevents them from doing enough exercise and is leading them to excess drinking and smoking.

The British Heart Foundation has now insisted that employers should encourage their workers to spend ten minutes a day improving their lifestyle.
