HR salaries on the up in 2015

HR professionals can expect a pay rise in 2015 according to new research.

According to the Salary Survey conducted by recruiter Robert Walter, HR professions are expected to receive an average rise of five per cent of base salary this year.

A greater number of HR professionals will see their wage move towards the upper end of the typical salary bracket for their role, as a result of increasing demand for strong candidates.
