What have been the highlights in your career journey that have enabled you to sit where you are today?

There are a few really important things for me throughout my career that have got me to the position I’m in. One is absolute belief in my ability and capability to do something. It’s really important you have belief and confidence - you’ve got to believe in yourself and that you actually can do it, otherwise you won’t go anywhere. Also, nothing is ever handed to you, you’ve absolutely got to work for it and you’ve got to have the passion. So I have the absolute passion for customers and being positively disruptive, with calculated risk - risk is good and should be embraced, as long as it is calculated. You’ve got to have passion about your customers and your people, if you don’t you will not succeed.
