Soft skills development vital in workplace, claims McDonald's

Soft skills should be given more importance within the workplace as it could help boost productivity.

McDonald’s UK has launched a campaign calling for the whole-scale re-evaluation of the value of soft skills and its importance in the workplace.

Research from the firm has discovered that soft skills contribute £88bn to the British economy and therefore training and developing employees in things such as communication and teamwork is vital.
