
More than 200 young people are being offered the opportunity to spend a day in the life of a CEO, board director or senior leader at O2 and media company, Bauer Media.
The two businesses have agreed to offer the time and expertise of 200 most senior employees in an effort to improve employability amongst young people and to promote the importance of work experience in the U.K.
Ronan Dunne, CEO of O2 said: “In the new digital world, employers have a duty to equip young digital natives with the skills they need to be successful and also provide them with the opportunities and environment in which to develop these skills.
