
Staff at a Greggs store in Glasgow, located by the site of the tragic Bin lorry crash that killed six people days before Christmas, were told they risked having their wages docked after a police cordon closed the bakery for the day, it has been reported.
Staff of the George Square store were told they must work at alternative shops the next day or they risked losing money.
Speaking to The Daily Mail, an unnamed worker said: “The day after the crash the shop here was closed and staff were told if they didn't go to another shop they would not be paid.”
