Primark have hired a new Director of People & Culture, Learning & Development & MI.

Fiona Cottle was previously the Director of HR, Retail and will be part of the transformation of the People & Culture function within Primark.

She is responsible for establishing the L&D, HRIS and MI offering for the organisation which will enable the delivery of the Primark strategy and support the growth ambition of the business.
